I love Halloween baking and have been collecting inspirational gross bakes on my pinterest board. These cakes are made using teeth and gum sweets and have a slight strawberry flavour to the icing. I used strawberry angel delight to flavour the icing which adds a really smooth milky strawberry flavour.

To make 12 cakes:

1 tablespoon of strawberry angel delight powder/ or a few drops of strawberry flavouring
Icing sugar
Teeth sweets

  2. Line a 12 hole cupcake tin.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and a little flour and continue beating together.

  6. Fill each case two thirds full.
  7. Bake at 180C for 10 -15 mins until lightly golden.

I used to love these teeth when I was younger and they're a great idea for Halloween cupcakes! I've also never thought of using Angel Delight to flavour icing...I'm intrigued I might have to give it a go! :-)
