I just managed to finish this in the nick of time! Here is my Valentine's Gingerbread House. I made it using the same recipe as my Christmas house but used pink strawberry flavoured icing and decorated with little red hearts. My icing is a little messy and my decoration a little sparse but I am actually really pleased with how this turned out. I especially like my iced bunting!
