![]() I live in a block of flats and don't have access to a garden so often feel like I am missing out on seasonal fruit and veg but this year has been fantastic. Between work and our flats we have exchanged courgettes, runner beans, raspberries, apples and pears. I really like this way of living and am so glad that I live and work with people who enjoy swapping their home grown veg and fruit!

I love this kind of exchange. I don't have enough fruit and veg from my garden but did exchange some handmade socks (from me) for two bottles of homemade sloe gin from a friend!!
