This recipe is in Kitchen Diaries, a book I definitely recommend but the recipe for these lovely hot chocolate puddings can also be found here on Nigel's website.

I made these gorgeous chocolate puddings as a treat for my boyfriend and sister last weekend. They are warm, gooey and have the added addition of Nutella which is always a winner! Following the recipe was very easy even though these are a little bit fiddly to make because of all the egg whipping. I can however promise you they are worth the effort and rose in the oven perfectly. This recipe is in Kitchen Diaries, a book I definitely recommend but the recipe for these lovely hot chocolate puddings can also be found here on Nigel's website. ![]() I am very obviously entering this into Janice at Farmersgirl Kitchen's Dish of the Month blog challenge which encourages us to cook a Nigel Slater recipe every month. ![]() I am also entering this blog post into March's We Should Cocoa Challenge, this month hosted by The Kitchen Maid, who has challenged us to blog a famous chocolate recipe. This post qualifies for two reasons, 1- it is by Nigel Slater and 2- he very kindly tweeted that my chocolate puddings were 'perfect' and that 'he wished his had looked like that' so they were also talked about by someone famous. How lovely!
